Our IV&V Experience
In addition, Avtar Dhaliwal, the founder of GENCO SYSTEMS, Inc. has 19 years of IV&V experience. Mr. Dhaliwal has been working actively in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) areas for the FAA and FBI projects, and is well versed in the IV&V process as it applies to large software development efforts.
His extensive experience spans multiple areas of systems engineering and software development, proposal evaluation, cost estimation, acquisition management, and testing. He is very familiar with DOD standards, IEEE standards, IV&V project planning and management, CASE Tools used in requirements engineering, traceability analyses, design and code evaluations, test and evaluation, and supporting the formal reviews.
Avtar Dhaliwal has supported a large ADA software development effort involving more than 2 million lines of code. Initially supporting the project as an Analyst, Mr. Dhaliwal steadily assumed more responsibility and quickly progressed to the capacity of Technical Lead, and then Segment Manager. Since then, he has lead several IV&V/software engineering projects. He then founded GENCO SYSTEMS, Inc., which is now providing IV&V services to various FAA and DOD customers.
